As a principal and Director of Asset Management for Simone Development Companies, Danielle is responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s growing 6 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio. She performs financial analysis and evaluates risk on prospective lease deals and potential development projects as well as conducts due diligence on development sites.
Prior to joining Simone Development in 2016, Danielle was an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office for 9 years where she prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She graduated with distinction from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate earning a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development.
Danielle is actively involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society where she is a member of the Ambassador Leadership Committee for the Moms-In-Training program.
