YONKERS, NY (October 2025) – Simone Development Companies has announced that Westchester Disabled On the Move has leased 4,304 square feet at One Executive Boulevard in North Yonkers, NY.

Westchester Disabled On the Move helps people with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income families live independent lives by providing them with access to healthcare, housing and other assistance through social programs.

Simone Development’s 10,029 Square-Foot Building at 132 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers is Now Fully Leased with the Signing of Wingstop Restaurant for 1,300 SF Lease

YONKERS, NY (August 2025) – Simone Development Companies announced that Wingstop, a franchise restaurant chain specializing in chicken wings, has signed a lease for 1,300 square feet of retail space at 132 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers.

The 10,029 square-foot building is now fully leased.

This is the third Wingstop restaurant in Westchester County. Other locations are in Port Chester and Pelham. Founded in 1994, the company operates and franchises restaurants globally with more than 10 locations in the New York Metro area.

Wingstop was represented in the lease transaction by Karnit Mosberg and Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. Simone Development Companies was represented by its in-house leasing and legal teams.

Simone Development Secures Long-Term Leases in the Bronx

Simone Development Companies has secured two new long-term leases totaling 9,267 square feet at 1733 Eastchester Rd., a medical and office property located in the Bronx. Bronx Endovascular Center has leased 6,663 square feet on the ground floor, while Catholic Charities – Beacon of Hope has signed a 2,604-square-foot lease on the second floor.

For ownership, Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams negotiated both transactions. Bronx Endovascular Center was represented by Laurence London & Co.

Total Wireless (formerly Total by Verizon) is one of the oldest master dealers in the wireless industry.
