THORNWOOD, NY (March 2024) — Simone Development Companies has announced that Healy Electric Contracting has signed a new lease for 16,750 square feet of space at 1 Zeiss Drive in Thornwood, NY.

Ownership was represented by Michael Rao and Frank Rao from New York Commercial Realty Group (NYCRG) and the tenant was represented by William Cuddy from CBRE.

First Outpatient Facility for Release Recovery in NY State

PURCHASE, NY (March 20, 2024) — Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates joined with Release Recovery today at Purchase Professional Park to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the mental health company’s new 7,698 SF outpatient facility at 3020 Westchester Avenue. This is Release Recovery’s first outpatient treatment facility in New York State.

Release Recovery is an organization that helps individuals and their families recover from substance use and mental health disorders through best-in-class, bespoke treatment and transitional living.

At the 3020 Westchester Avenue location—which now features multiple treatment spaces, a yoga room, and a lobby boasting mid-century modern furniture and a living moss wall—Release will offer intensive outpatient programs for substance use and mental health disorders. Counseling services such as individual, group, family, and experiential therapy will also be provided, as well as medication management and Medication-Assisted Treatment with Release’s board-certified chief medical officer, Dr. Michael McCormick.

Simone Development Signs UrgentWay to Long-Term Lease for Urgent Care Center at 2826 Westchester Ave. in the Bronx; Property is Now Fully Leased

BRONX, NY – February 22, 2024 – Simone Development Companies has announced UrgentWay, a leading provider of walk-in medical services with locations throughout New York City and Long Island, has signed a long-term, 2,000-square-foot lease for an urgent care center at 2826 Westchester Avenue in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx. The property is now fully leased.

This location is also home to the Steppingstone Day School, a leading provider of early childhood and other family services.

UrgentWay was represented by Sinovsky Realty Services. Simone Development Companies was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams.

Simone Development Companies Signs Expansion and Welcomes New Tenant to Flushing, NY Property

FLUSHING, NY (February 21, 2024) – Simone Development Companies has signed a new lease and an expansion for a combined total of nearly 16,000 square feet of prime medical space at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd in the Flushing section of Queens, NY. The two-story, 37,421 square-foot retail and medical center now has only three remaining available spaces.

ENT and Allergy Associates has signed a long-term lease expansion and renewal, growing their medical private practice from 1,800 to 10,000 square feet. The tenant was represented by Jonathan Serko of Cushman & Wakefield and ownership was represented by Miles Mahony of RIPCO Real Estate.

Additionally, Solaris Health has signed a new, 6,000-square-foot, long-term lease at the property and was represented by Wayne Steinberg of Highline Real Estate Advisors. Ownership was represented by Jordan Baruch and Matthew Kucker of Colliers International.
