Joseph Simone, President of Simone Development Companies, joined with executives of WESTMED Medical Group as well as local and county officials to mark the grand opening of its WESTMED’s fifth full-service office in Westchester County. The new four-story, 85,000- square-foot medical office building is located 3030 Westchester Avenue in the newly renamed Purchase Professional Park in Purchase, NY. The grand opening marks the first new office construction along the I-287 corridor in more than 25 years.

Simone Healthcare Development and Fareri Associates recently completed a major renovation and modernization of the existing buildings and common areas at the Purchase Professional Park.
