PURCHASE, NY (December 18, 2024) — Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates have announced 4,694 square feet of long-term lease renewals at 3010 Westchester Avenue at Purchase Professional Park.

Northwell Health Physician Partners is renewing in their 2,850 square-foot space, which provides the highest quality in pediatric orthopedics to the NY Metro region.

Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center is also renewing and expanding into a 1,844 square-foot space within the building, adding a surgery center. The practice specializes in podiatry for adults and children, offering the most updated, innovative and advanced technologies to treat foot and ankle conditions.

BRONX, NYDecember 18, 2024Simone Development Companies has signed a new long-term lease with Halo Health Pharmacy for 1,522 square feet of retail space at Triangle Plaza Hub located at 459 East 149th Street in The Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood. The new store will be Halo Health Pharmacy’s first in the Bronx and the expanding company’s fifth New York City location, with three existing outlets in northern Manhattan and one in Queens.

Triangle Plaza Hub is a 50,000-square-foot grocery-anchored retail and medical office condominium featuring a healthcare and food-centric tenant-mix including SuperFresh supermarket, Sun River Health, DaVita Melrose Dialysis, Metropolitan College of New York, and Dunkin’, among others.

Company Snaps Up 10,347 SF Warehouse Property in Westchester Square Section of The Bronx

BRONX, NY (October 23, 2024)Simone Development Companies announced that the largest fastener distributor in North America, Fastenal Company, has signed a 10,347-square-foot, long-term warehouse lease at 1385 Commerce Avenue in the Bronx, NY.

Simone Development Companies was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams while Fastenal Company was repped by Mathew Diana of DY Realty.

Fastenal will use the building for warehouse space and storage of construction and hardware materials, as well as ancillary office space. The deal marks the most recent lease for the company at a Simone property. In 2023, Fastenal Company signed a long-term lease for 7,100 square feet at Simone Development’s nearby 1448 Ferris Place in the Bronx, NY.

Fastenal is a diverse company that provides a variety of services to different organizations: an expert consultant, a logistics company, a technology provider, and more generally a distributor of wide-ranging industrial and construction products.
