GREENWICH, CT — October 21, 2024 — Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates joined with Numisma Bank, elected officials, and business leaders to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony at Numisma Bank’s global headquarters at One Sound Shore Drive in Greenwich, CT.
Numisma Bank signed a lease for 4,100 square feet in 2023. Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates were represented by Newmark’s Allan Murphy, James Ritman, and Janey Steinmetz alongside in-house leasing and legal teams. Numisma Bank was represented by Newmark’s Ben Goldstein.
