BRONX, NY (September 18, 2024) – Simone Development Companies has signed a new long-term lease for 6,854 square feet with SNIPES, one of the leading sneaker and streetwear retailers worldwide, at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway in the Ferry Point section of the Bronx, NY.
Simone Development was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams alongside the property’s exclusive broker, Karnit Mosberg of Royal Properties. Ryan Condren of JLL represented the tenant.

Two prime spaces are still available, offering 950 square feet and 3,906 square feet, respectively.
