BRONX, NY (September 23, 2024) – Simone Development Companies announced that NewYork-Presbyterian, one of the nation’s most comprehensive, integrated academic healthcare systems, has signed a 10,189 square-foot long-term lease at Simone Development’s medical office property at 2510 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx.
Simone Development was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams in direct negotiations with the tenant.
