BRONX, NY – December 13, 2023 – Simone Development Companies has signed two new long-term leases totaling 10,300 square feet of medical and office space at the Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx, NY.
North Bronx Orthopedic and Spine Group has signed a long-term lease for 5,121 square feet of medical and office space at 1200 Waters Place while MJHS Health System (MJHS) has signed a long-term lease for 5,179 square feet of office space at Tower One at 1250 Waters Place. Simone Development Companies was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams for both transactions. North Bronx Orthopedic and Spine Group was represented in-house and CBRE’s Bill Jordan represented MJHS.

PORT CHESTER, NY (December 12, 2023) – Simone Development Companies has signed two new leases totaling 4,485 square feet of prime retail space at Post Road Plaza at 260-262 Boston Post Road (US Route 1) in Port Chester, NY. The 63,000 square-foot retail center is now fully leased.
Mercadito Farm has signed a new long-term lease for 3,485 square feet. It is a farmer’s market offering fresh produce, poultry, meat, fish, cold cuts, and other customary foods found in grocery stores, as well as beer and wine coolers.
H&R Block, the worldwide tax preparation company, has leased 1,000 square feet.

Simone Development Announces Fleet Pump & Service Group Signs Lease Renewal for Entire 31,255-Square-Foot Building at 455 Knollwood Road in White Plains
